i-kube already offer great rates on young driver car insurance. If you pass all Pass Plus modules you could see your premiums significantly reduce.

What is Pass Plus?

Is an enhanced driving course for 17 to 25 year old drivers who have recently passed their test.
Includes a minimum of 6 hours practical driving tuition.
You will not have to take a test at the end of the course but you will be continually assessed.
You must successfully complete all the modules in the course to an achieved or exceeded standard.
Will help to improve your skills, knowledge and hazard awareness and will reduce the risk of being involved in a crash.
Achieving Pass Plus will make a significant reduction to your i-kube insurance premium.

Claiming your discount after completing Pass Plus

When you have successfully completed your Pass Plus training course you'll be sent a Pass Plus certificate from the Driving Standards Agency (DSA). You'll be able to use this certificate to claim your car insurance discount.

Will I have to complete the Pass Plus training course before I can get cover with i-kube?

No. We can still quote and cover you based on the fact that you will be completing the Pass Plus training course. We'll give you 30 days from cover start date in order to do so. Please note: If you do not successfully pass the course your premiums will go up and will be effective from the start date of your policy.

The cost of a Pass Plus course

This may vary depending on where you live, the driving instructor you choose, and how long your training takes. In normal circumstances you should expect the course to take at least six hours.

All local authorities in Wales, and some local authorities in England and Scotland, can offer you help with Pass Plus course fees.
